Calling All Cheese & Wine Lovers! Spend a relaxed time in the company of an experienced professional wine tutor and a delicious curated selection of artisan cheese and wines from around the world as part of a small group.
Starting off with an introduction to wine tasting, with, your tutor will deliver lots of essential tips on everything from creating the perfect cheeseboard and pairing cheese and other food with wine, to advice on buying wine and how to find quality and value. Each wine will be tasted 'blind' to remove any preconception or bias, and to focus on the building blocks of flavour before re-tasting it with a carefully curated matching cheese.
We'll explain why each pairing works before the big reveal when we'll teach you about each wine and cheese, where they are from, who has made them - and how.
